When fielding questions in an interview for 30-60 minutes, my mouth gets so dry it sounds like Velcro when I get going.

I'll offer you some water when I sense your disress. Then, when I take you around to show you the place, Ill offer you coffee or a beverage. You cant be formal for 30-60 minutes?

Fact is some interviewers, instructors, bosses etc.. want you to drink your coffee at coffee time.

The formal thing to do would be to offer a beverage (we offer coffee, water, tea, soda, or juice) by recruiting as they welcome them and show them to the conference room where their interviews will take place.
