Ah, so it’s fine as long as the racism is kept to only a small group? Got it.

According to the event description for the "White Student Accountability Group," participants would learn about their "responsibility to dismantle racism in our practice and everyday lives."

"The purpose of engaging in this project is three-fold: 1) To help social work students recognize both their contribution to and responsibility to dismantle racism in our practice and everyday lives, 2) To encourage students to use their voice, power, and privilege to enact change in their classrooms, community, and practice, 3) To support students in developing skills to host similar groups among peers or colleagues to expand the community dedicated to racial equity and justi

Anyone who would feel the need to attend some bullshite like this probably comes from a more racist background or have something in their life they are ashamed so they have to prove to themselves and the black people they communictate with that they are not at all racist and that they "get it" all because they attend shite like this.

People are people. Im not going to treat someone different because of their race. If you are a shite black person I am not going to be more forgiven to them than I am to a shite person from another race.

If I was in a group of people.. Lets say 7 other people. 4 white and 3 black, I seriously doubt those 3 black people would want me to be treat them different than I would the white people all because I went to some bullshite meeting telling me what I have to do different around black people.

Being in a wheelchair, there are situations when I will be somewhere with several other people and someone will treat me different than they do the people I am with. They will talk to me different as if they are aware of my "situation" and that shite makes me feel uncomfortable.

One time I was with 3 other people at work and we went to a certain Mexican food place. They took us to our table and the waitress brought me a coloring book and crayons. The three people I was with was laughing at me as soon as it happened and a lot of jokes came out of it. And when the waitress came back to take our order, I even put the crayon in my mouth (I know, probably filled with a bunch of kid germs) while she was taking orders, like I was eating the crayon and when she got to me I asked her.. I was cool about it but I said something like "before I give you my order, I have a question. Why did you feel the need to bring me crayons and coloring pages"

I could tell she felt bad and she told me "I am SO SORRY! My manager tells us to do that for kids and people with disabilities" (I don't know if she was lying or night. I laughed and told her its cool and that she meant well. Then she told me that I did freak her out when she was taking the orders and I had a crayon in my mouth.

But my point in this is that this what all of this shite seems like. They are telling people what they should be aware of when around black people. And they will talk about "black culture" and some white kid who never been around black people attends that meeting and now he thinks he knows black people. He works at a restaurant and a group of people come in, one of them is black.. And instead of taking the black dude's order he just automatically brings him the fried chicken because he learned that was part of "black culture".

I know that's an extreme example, but hopefully yall get the point. They will end up doing some shite that seems racist as hell and while that wasn't their intention the people they do it to doesn't know.

Wouldn’t be amazing if colleges taught students a useful skill.

Then

Companies become more profitable if they worry about making a good product or offering a great service?

Just a thought for the day.

It’s funny how these sites trigger you guys. The invite was only sent to social work students, and likely only 10% of them will even bother to attend, if even that many. But somehow it’s an existential crisis for the country.

So in your infinite stupidity, you’ve pivoted from denying things like this even exist to ‘ok it exists but likely only a little bit’

Oh, I highly recommend getting through until the end. It’s a lovely insight into his warped little mind.

Let me give you this gem. He thinks that a white waiter would see a black person come in a restaurant and automatically bring them fried chicken without taking their order.

His scenarios are just mind blowingly bizarre

Progressivism just replaced religion in the eyes of a Democrat.

Guilt, original sin, atonement...its all there.

You're born into sin because you are white. Its a cult.

College has become a joke. I’d get the cheapest degree possible and go to trade school.

Professors are left wing by nature and it’s gotten worse with the woke culture.
