I hope he is executed.found guilty and executed. I have no tolerance for drinking and driving.
Terrible local story.

Have you ever driven after having 2-3 cold beers? I have.
Not since I was around 21 or 22 and became a responsible adult.

I think killing him once is enough.

I mean, 92% of this entire board does. Only difference is likely 91% of us would be incredibly diligent driving around a football scene with pedestrians everywhere. But otherwise? shite. We all have some and drive. It's just what people do. From saints to POS.

How do you know he didn’t blow at the scene?

I just read that the driver was on the way to pick up two students who were to drunk to drive.

BAC: .051
It's far more likely that texting or distracted driving was the culprit rather than intoxication. You don't run off the road and onto a sidewalk with a 0.051 BAC.

My thoughts as well. I'd bet he was staring at his damn phone.

I'd bet most people who drink, would blow that any morning after.

Your BAC rises. So it depends on when his last drink was. His BAC could be actually higher at the station then at the time of accident.

I love these people on their high horse. If you drink, you have driven drunk.
Alcohol doesn't leave your system just because you slept. .051 is nothing to register.

I like to think all adults are equal in the eyes of the law.
Of course I realize reality is different.

Guy kills 4 year old after underage drinking.
The OT says that the drinking law is shitty and that his BAC isn't a big deal.
Never change, OT.
