Uber’s twitter support team seems to be a tad bit racist

I honestly don't know how Twitter works but is there something an account that gets a public @ can see what you put in as your name? Like with email. So if the guy had the N word as his first name instead of Bob or Joe an automated response would just use what was listed?

That’s what it looks like, because if you go to his page and scroll down someone else did it for Domino’s in France. His page is disgusting, btw.

It's an automated reply so whatever the person's name is, they'll put that name in the reply. It seems like they fixed it though since they aren't using names in replies anymore.
