Lets go ahead and keep the 10% from the 27k total, around 2700.

So 2700/24000 bumps that percentage up to a whopping 11.25%

Wrong.

LSU has an enrollment of 41k with 20% of them being black, while OM is at around 27k enrollment with 10% of them being black.
