On another note what happened to the boxing world? Being the Heavyweight champ use to be a huge deal in the USA. Everyone could tell you who the champ was. I couldn’t tell you who the champ is at the moment.

I've said it for years. When Manny and Pac Man were in their primes, they would have mattered a lot more with a solid HW champ to draw attention. Lennox Lewis was good but had no one to fight. Never fought Klitschko.

Lennox did fight Klitschko. He beat Vitali by TKO in the sixth.

Klitchkos made it boring because they were the two best for a long time and wouldn’t fight each other. Finally getting past that and have had some hype in the last year or so with fury, wilder, and Joshua.
Tennis has had the problem of three guys winning everything for 15+ years now, and no Americans contending.
