According to a police statement obtained by PEOPLE, Charles Dean Bryant, 30, was arrested for capital murder on Sunday for allegedly killing Jacqueline Vandagriff, 24.

Vandagriff's remains were discovered last Wednesday after firefighters extinguished an early morning fire in Acorn Woods Park.

quote:

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Sgt. Robert Eberling of the Grapevine Police Department said someone used Vandagriff's Twitter account Friday after her body had been found and tweeted, "Never knew I could feel like this."

Note: I looked on page 1 and searched for both names and "grapevine" and didn't see this posted

I wonder why they listed his middle name and not hers. Dramatic effect? Maybe she doesn't have one.

The stalking thing is a tough call for police. I know a chick that was being stalked and the police said they couldn't do much to help her. She had to get some favors from some legit badasses to talk to this stalker for her.

What the actual frick.

Don't even waste a jail cell on this dude. Take him out back and put a bullet in his brain.

Scum like that doesn't deserve to breathe.

They list murderers full names to reduce the likelihood that someone with the same first and last name will be mistaken for a murderer. More specificity.
I figured that out all on my own.

They always do that with murderers/serial killers. It isn't a coincidence that Derrick Lee, Sean Gillis, and Brandon Lavergne all use their middle names.

I assume its to avoid other people with the same name getting hate poured out to them.

And also they don't know which name he goes by

The guy went through his life as plain old Lee Oswald, but he will forever be known to history as Lee Harvey...
