This is where a thermal drone(s) could make the difference between finding them alive or not. I really hope the local guys have something like that.

??MISSING CHILDREN??
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office currently has resources (drones, ATVs, K9s and the JPSO helicopter) and numerous deputies in the area of N. Willie Road near Folsom searching for two girls who went missing along with their golden retriever. The girls were last seen at approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday (November 28) in their yard in the 81000 block of N. Willie Road. Anyone who sees the girls or their dog is asked to call (985) 898-2338.
??We know many of you want to come out and help search. At this time, we are asking everyone to please stay out of the woods while the helicopter is in the area as to not impede the search efforts. Thank you for your help.

Hopefully that dog will look after them unless another human was involved. Might sound dumb to some but a good dog will try to protect those kids.

I see the State Police has a helicopter up. I don't see the JP helicopter.
