If police, I think it's a good policy. If some nerdy legacy that rats on you to the fraternity president, that's a garbage rule

Assuming this is not including weed either. That was basically as common as beer in our house.

Tended bar at a very popular disco club in the early 80's. It was packed every night. Patrons were laying out lines of cocaine on the backgammon tables. No one, including the cops, gave a shite.
Similarly, when Ecstasy came out and was still legal, people were passing it out at the most popular club in Tyler. When X became illegal, the "Ecstasy" quickly became amphetamine and/or methamphetamine in tablet form. It was rarely MDMA.

Yeah I know. I’ve been there, and yes it is. Terrible place. Small bags of powdered dope and needles are everywhere. Tranq seems to be the popular drug there. It causes people to get sores that never heal. They get infected and limbs are lost. People missing arms and legs everywhere. Still shooting up
