IMO anyone who is pulling off that level of Medicaid fraud, especially when it comes to Autism services, is getting help from folks within the department that is typically auditing them.
this is the first thing I thought as well….no damn way that $21,000,000 would just slip through the cracks unnoticed…

Somebody needs to wipe that smirk off of Hanaan Mursal Yusuf‘s face.

I didn’t defend the pardons. What do the pardons have to do with these crimes? Thanks.

Correct, the idiots so caught up in their tribalism are exactly the problem. The unwillingness to work on a solution for fear of shared accomplishment is what stands in our way as a country.

I don't do ABA services, but I know our shite gets audited by Medicaid regularly and we get dinged for things in a smaller practice for not including the client's PCP's name in the progress note
You can't tell me they don't have help on multiple levels in the system to pull it off.
At minimum this is a grooming gang scandal type of thing, tons of enforcement mechanisms looking the other way for a prolonged period under the guise of not ruffling multiculturalism feathers

Hence the reason they're trying to keep it as hush hush as possible and kill any more investigations into this matter. Minnesota cannot be the only state with this level of fraud.

Exactly! Each side makes a big deal about those who are supposedly on the “other side” stealing, but in all honesty both sides are full of crooks.
The OT has made moderate a dirty word, but the true ones of us are calling out all the crooks and wanting for something better. Biden was no doubt beholden to his leftist crook overlords,
but Trump is an equally bad grifter himself who only really cares about enriching himself and his children.

Like skipping out on $10B from the IRS and instead creating a $1.8B fund to help others victimized by the government?

Wasn't going to happen, moron. That's a central part of the problem.

He had the IRS' balls in a vise.
CBS News - released tax documents
quote:
In 2024, an Internal Revenue Service contractor, Charles Littlejohn, was sentenced to five years in prison for leaking Mr. Trump's federal tax records, as well as those of his oldest sons and the Trump Organization, to The New York Times in 2020. Investigators also alleged that Littlejohn sent a storage device with the tax information to another news organization, ProPublica, which has reported on the tax records of Mr. Trump and scores of other billionaires.
I am just shocked (well not really) as to why this is being discussed when they are talking about the "Anti-Weaponization" Fund.
