Maybe trump will lower the flag, over the White House, to half staff for the fallen Capitol officer. I doubt the selfish bastard will. The Capitol has been at half staff since he passed. He's too worried about himself.

Can someone explain to me something, honest question. Trump and other Republicans have advocated to remove the social media’s liability shield. This sort of action, banning Trump, is exactly the sort of thing the social media companies would be forced to do if this liability shield is removed.

frick Twitter. I’ll never ever join. Total scum bags. Trump gets the blame for everything and I’m so tired of it. The people of this country need to start thinking for themselves and being held responsible for their own actions. People are trying to control everything instead of holding people accountable. My company doesn’t block any websites. Our policy is if you’re stupid enough to go to pornhub on your work computer then you’re going to have to handle being fired. We’re not going to over police you if you can’t control yourself. If a tweet is able to incite violence maybe they are the ones that need banning.

I’ll add one more comment: if they do this to him, there will be nothing to stop them from doing it to the other side when they disagree with them. Then we will have gone full circle again like the defund the police, walls don’t work - we need the police, let’s put a wall around the Capital Building.

I can’t believe how confident and narcissistic these despots are to think that we’re beyond mafia and gang tactics. We’re at the snapping point, and I just think 2021 is going to be so much worse than 2020. I’m expecting the worst year in America since 1864.

I actually 100% agree with this. Social media is responsible for what happened over the summer, its responsible for what happened yesterday.
In the beginning I think the good of social media outweighed the bad, but now... I think its the other way around.
And when I say social media, I don't mean message boards or sites that might have their own chat rooms so people can discuss that particular subject, I am talking about Twitter, Facebook.... Any platform that allows a person to reach a large amount of people to spread whatever bullshite they want should not exist.
If they want to spread their bullshite, they would just have to do it the old fashion way.
