We previously reported that police were looking for Joshua Kirk Spurgeon, 42, and Franklin Hairr, 37, for breaking into a business in East Asheville.
Spurgeon was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense.

Related: I was in Asheville this past summer and witnessed a cop car engaged in a slow speed chase of a pedestrian in a Walmart parking lot. It went on for about 15 minutes as the perp kept bobbing and weaving through the parked cars.

About 99% sure I was in a drive thru behind this guy and his face tat buddies on Easter Sunday when we were leaving Asheville. He looked like a white version of a cartel guy from Sicario.
