My assumption is the opposite. If guilty on one count, then they would have to go through every count. If there is a defect in the prosecution, it likely applies to all, making shorter work.

I haven't been following very closely, but isn't it a situation where if he's guilty of one of them, he's likely guilty of all, and if he's not guilty of one, he's not guilty of all? That's what they were just saying on TV.
