Trump has drastically lowered black unemployment and increased their opportunities for education. So there is that.

So... Trump’s fault that Oprah used to boomerang from fat to thin on the half hour in the 80s and 90s?

I can see how being stressed about economic and social policies can cause weight gain, but in the end you have to do the best you can and take care of yourself regardless of who is in the white house. There must be something inside you to help redirect your negative emotions to positive so that you don't focus solely on negative events in the world. Otherwise, you're the one causing more to be worried about than is necessary. Exercise does wonders for those negative feelings as does turning the TV off and not watching national news channels that tend to focus on the negative. I wish more Americans would try it regardless of what race they are.
