Yeah I see that you were stretching and foam rolling, and I did the same before going to a PT and it was doing nothing for me. I had this weird burning sensation going down the side of one leg. I'm sure having an injury could have something to do with it but try strengthening with simple exercises like the airplane method with one leg down and opening up the body on opposite side. Plus, those hip adduction moves where you lie down on one side and lift your leg up and down to make those outer leg/hip muscles stronger. I'm not a PT, actually I'm a pharmacist, but I've been training for a few years with different injuries during marathon training but it band issues, I haven't had so far this season or last year of training after doing those movements plus everything in between after going to a PT specializing in performance sports in the Dfw area. Lots of lunges, airplane openings for the glutes, Copenhagen planks, resistance leg lifts for knees plus deadlifts, RDLs (single leg especially) for hamstrings, backwards walking on treadmill, and plyometrics to help gain speed. Oh, and not adding too much mileage every week. She's really good to follow on Instagram PT.lis.dpt

Plus, this one PT.gabygo

Oh and I forgot the most dreaded exercise of them all, Bulgarian split squats ??

I had this issue a year or so ago before running my first marathon and my PT had me doing clamshells, hip adduction leg raises, lunges, iso split holds... Pretty everything targeting the hip and glutes all the way to the knee to make the leg stronger. When you get to a certain point, start lifting heavier to make the muscles in that area stronger to deal with increasing mileage
I remember watching a buzzfeed video on YouTube on a girl running her first marathon with 10 weeks of training with a running coach by her side and even that is crazy. Like everybody said, don't do it. I'm training for one in the end of Sept and have done a few halfs, but training for a marathon is a whole different beast. Really think on this and look up training schedules

There is a lot but take whatever interests you. Look at the movements and difficulty and the days per week did each one. Also, sub when necessary due to not liking the exercise, space restrictions, or wanting to mobility issues. Once you get the hang of it, you'll start creating your own workouts in the custom workout area and you can specify the number of reps, eccentric mode or chains or burnout mode, add in resting periods, etc. This machine is one of the best buys for home fitness. I love having it

The best ones are Radical Muscle Rock, Raise the Barbell 1 and 2, Go Big or Go Home (all 3),Divide and Conquer, Training Camp, Four Weeks to Fat Loss, and Shaped and Shredded. I've done most except any that were about getting lean and still have to do the 2nd and 3rd go big or go home. There was a rumor about a 2nd Divide and Conquer but it hasn't come up yet. My favorite was divide and conquer but the killer ones are go big or go home (with Jackson) and raise the barbell (with Nicolette)
Oh I don't remember what it was but I used the discount last summer when I bought mine. Just have to go to a site and put in your proof of being one of those types of workers and you get the code. I think veriID or something like that
FYI, they have a discount you can add if you're a healthcare worker, first responder, teacher age I think something wise to get 200 off. Otherwise use someone's referral code to get 100 off
I've owned a tonal since last year and have no complaints. I like the programs, especially the ones by trainer, Nicolette, as her methods are helping me build muscle. You can also do different movements on your own and the machine will count your reps for you if guided instruction isn't your thing. Many different types of classes, mobility, strength, recovery, yoga, Barre, pilates, warm ups, etc. There is a camera on each tonal and I suspect it'll be used for personal training one day. Also, digital weight is not like regular weights as they take away the momentum since use to lift weights. A relative of mine who played college football tried it out at his usual weight he lifts and found it difficult to lift. There's a lot to talk about it but I find the eccentric mode interesting as you can lift the weight and throughout different points of the lift, the weight will increase to offset gravity. Also, if you're lifting and tonal noticing you're struggling, it will decrease the weight for you the next time you attempt it also called "spotter mode".

As far as the subscription goes, it is what it is. But I'm used to paying for peloton as I've already got their bike and tread+ so it really isn't something I think about because the results of these products outweigh anything. There's nothing wrong with going to a gym or buying weights or whatever, all of these products hitting the market just provide an alternative to people who enjoy technology. That is really all they are. If you can check them out at a local Nordstrom or if you live in a large metro area like Dallas (Northpark mall), go to their store and try one.

You're welcome. They've been delivering in the south Louisiana area since pre-orders of last year so they have experience in bringing them in homes now if you have that reservation. My delivery had its own issue with a tech hitting their head on our light fixture and peloton just credited the delivery fee, 300, and a little extra back to us

You can do the 0% financing on both the bike and treadmill. It's the easiest process I've ever been through to get approved for credit. If you want to pay cash, you can. But why turn down 0% financing for 3 years? It was a very easy decision for me.

To the OP, one negative that I will say about the peloton tread is depending which area of the country you live in, depends on who may deliver it. If you live within a large metro area with a peloton store located there for example DFW, your Tread will be delivered by peloton themselves. If you lived somewhere way out from that area, Xpo logistics would deliver and there are some problems with them delivering and not actually putting the tread together properly or even at all (see Facebook group, peloton tread and you'll see some of the complaints). I live around the DFW area so I of course had peloton techs and didn't encounter any problems and setup went perfectly but I just wanted to let you know about that issue. The base weights approximately 400 lbs and most have it located on the bottom floor but some have had it taken to their second or even third floors. But again, this depends where you live and whether those delivering will go upstairs or not.

OH and I almost forgot, there is supposedly a cheaper tread coming out next year but they haven't said if the cheaper one will have slats or a belt or a smaller screen than the 32in one that currently comes with the tread but it is said there is a less expensive tread coming out. I personally wouldn't trade slats for a belt as when I took a class on a different treadmill after having my tread for 3.5 months, I hated the belted treadmill I was on and greatly appreciated the slats and the lack of complexity of the tread. The tread is so easy to use that some members have their children use them as long as the child weighs over 105 lbs because anyone less than that causes the tread slat sensors to stop and an alert comes on the screen telling the person this. It's a beautiful machine and I guarantee if you try it in the store, you'll love it.

Oh also, there's free mode for anyone who likes it. I hate it and only use it when I'm in bootcamp classes. I don't like it, but I do still do it to help with training. And for those times when you want to run outside, the app also includes outdoor classes you can take that will tell you when you will turn around so you're not doubling up on your run. I've never used them as I just run using a garmin and music but others have and like the outdoor classes.

I'm a beginner in running and have it and love it. Have owned it since 12/23. It's the first treadmill I've ever had so I can't compare it to a belt one. I don't enjoy the bootcamp classes as much, but I'm doing them to become better at running. They have different classes like marathon prep, hiit runs, hill runs, interval runs, and just plain fun runs. Their instructors definitely know how to teach and train you for a marathon as many of them have completed marathons in their spare time, i.e. female instructor, Becs Gentry completed the NYC marathon in 2:37 and placed 1st non elites (LINK plus, there are classes designed specifically for training for a marathon. For runners who don't prefer classes, there are scenic runs or just run which is a blank screen showing pace and distance. The knob allowing for speed and incline adjustment is what really attracted me to it. Some treadmills I looked at had too many buttons and the transition from one speed to the next (increasing and decreasing) took too long to occur. Peloton makes theirs a fast smooth transition which helps when you're sprinting, then wanting to get into a slow jog or walk quickly once your interval is complete. The best advice I can give you is to go to the peloton store and try it out. I was skeptical at first because of the price but after doing a 20 minute class in the store, I knew I wanted one, and took a few days to think it over, then purchased one. They make it really easy to finance for 2 or even three years at 0%. I'm almost done with paying mine off though. Curious to see what their rower will look like next year.

In my opinion, these are better videos showcasing the tread than what their commercials do

Hope this helps
I can see how being stressed about economic and social policies can cause weight gain, but in the end you have to do the best you can and take care of yourself regardless of who is in the white house. There must be something inside you to help redirect your negative emotions to positive so that you don't focus solely on negative events in the world. Otherwise, you're the one causing more to be worried about than is necessary. Exercise does wonders for those negative feelings as does turning the TV off and not watching national news channels that tend to focus on the negative. I wish more Americans would try it regardless of what race they are.
For #1, how small? Are we saying 3 in or 5.5 in? And for #2, how big? Like 8 in or 10 or more? Oh, and what about girth? :pimp:

Ugh, I'll just choose neither. I refuse to be with a man who is obese. I just can't. I'm not saying he has to have a six pack, but at least be able to run without feeling like you'll have a heart attack in the process. And I don't want a man who takes longer than I do to get ready.
I had invisalign for close to a year, maybe 10 months at most. My problem area was mainly my lower teeth had overcrowding but a few of my upper teeth were also a little out of place. The main thing was that I hated having to take the trays out to eat and drink, but I will say it did help cut back on my snacking especially while I was at work. The pain is horrible in the beginning when you're switching from one tray to the next one, but it gets better the longer you have it in your mouth. I definitely saw a difference after a few trays and knew once I got a certain tray number that my teeth were pretty straight in my main area of concern for me. I can't say that I remember much about the treatment because whatever it was, couldn't have been that bad because I love the results I have. It was expensive at $5,600 for about 30 something trays, but I wouldn't trade the results for anything. I had several appointments throughout the process with my orthodontist and I highly recommend their office since they were so friendly and always available. I have more confidence when smiling and am not as self conscious when meeting and speaking with new people so all in all I would recommend invisalign.

I am not so sure about SDC, but one of my technicians had it and it was working for her, but she also previously had braces and only used SDC as she forgot to wear her retainer or lost it.
But what if she does? Many women complain about their husbands looking at other women on Instagram, making them feel insecure. So what if she decides to get cosmetic surgery to make herself look better? Why would the husband not like it if he tends to look at other women? She wants attention from him, but yes, she will also get attention from other men, but they don't matter as much. They're not her spouse.

They said he's really flexible ??
What kind of gay men do you hang around? Poor ones? The ones I know have great fashion taste and even help me when coordinating an outfit. That one I wouldn't let tell me anything about outfits.

But anyway, I've made that mistake calling a man who transformed into a woman. He just calmly told me 'miss' when I said mr. Messed me up for awhile because everytime I interacted with a customer, I would overthink whether they were a man or a woman and that I needed to call them what they were, not what they were originally born as.
Is that what men think our outfits look like when they become one of us? I hate the shoes and the purse. Too much pink for me
