Women lack reasoning skills and generally lead off emotion rather than fact.
I should know. I only have relationships with cis-females. As a result I am more than qualified to speak on female issues from as mundane as pay gap, abortion, relationships and emotional reaction. Thank you for validating running up in, or being run up in someone qualifies us as an expert.

Any “emotionalism” that the female jurors might be subject to that would result in sympathy for the accused went right out the window with the coroner’s testimony and the autopsy photos. In fact, that “emotionalism” is the reason all criminal defense attorneys try their mightiest to keep that type of evidence out at trial. Unless I miss my guess, Anthony is going to the crossbar hotel for 20 to 30 years.

I heard from 2 former neighbors with kids in same HS and grade as Anthony that Anthony showed off a knife he brought to school more than once. He even told some classmates he could get away with murder at Centennial.

I don’t know. I don’t live across the street from them anymore. We talked about it soon after the murder but not recently. Both kids were off at their first year of college until May.
The kids were not at the actual murder, and The prosecution seems to have solely focused on that day which is really all the matters as far as the law. The defense would not want them to testify.
Since the who did it and that intentional serious bodily damage which was clearly dangerous to human life are not in dispute I am not sure what calling up witnesses to state stuff about thug behavior during school that didn’t directly involve or mention Austin does for the prosecution at the moment.
There were about 14 other prosecution witnesses who were not called to the stand.
EDIT: I think his get away with murder comment was more about his behavior and how the school let him get away with stuff if not protect him from some consequences. It does not seem like he always had to face consequences or be held personally responsible for his actions in the past. Looking back now it looks awful, but I don’t think he was actually planning on murdering anyone when he said that. He was just extremely confidently that he could away with a lot of crap including bringing the knives to school. He said the school would let him get away with murder not the police.

Dude he lives in a town where the median income is +$150k and got a brand new Lexus when he turned 16. HOW MUCH COMMUNITY SUPPORT DOES HE NEED?
