Jury selection should be fun. Guarantee the defense will use every tool in the bag to turn a jury of 13 percent into at least 50 percent or more.

If it's in Frisco, I'm afraid it'll be more like having it in Austin than in Texas proper.
Clear and cut guilty verdict is what I predict however. There is 0 aggression by Austin Metcalf and it was pure murder.

If the jury is from Frisco proper, that percentage drops down closer to 8%.
Would have to figure out the difference if it is from one of the two counties the city straddles or if it is from a multi county jurisdiction.

This might be a problem. I believe it is alleged that Austin shoved Kamelo before he was stabbed. So not zero aggression but certainly not enough to be stabbed to death. I will wait for all the evidence to be presented.

This was at a public out in the open event....daylight, many other people around.
There should be no way the defendant can bs his way out of this. Their only play seems to be creating a story where the dead kid openly threatened him and had the means to inflict harm.
