If I’m spending $200k+ on a vehicle it better be something more interesting than an SUV. There are Escalades all over the place. Most are black. All look the same. Nobody cares.

For an extra $100k you can have an Escalade that looks like every other Escalade.
The ultimate sleeper…

That car has nothing on a 2002 Chevy Suburban.
It was wonderful, with zero connectivity, nothing other than anti-lock brakes as to driving safety equipment. Primitive* airbags.

It's funny to me, that's the only reason I do the #Respect thing. But the feedback overall has not been positive. I'll check with my marketing team on their thoughts about it as it relates to my branding. Maybe we'll do a focus group and go from there. Stay tuned, buddy...

I would drive this. So would every villain in a Jason Statham movie.

I'm just being me. Why don't you worry about yourself instead of being a player hating arse little pussy. You sound like a bitch.
Let me guess: you must be one of those people who think you're special as an anonymous poster on the internet. Newsflash: you are nobody.
I reviewed your topic history. You are akin to a bot. All you contribute is other people's work.
frick You

That automobile is a work of art.
I love the carbon fiber side mirrors. Clearly weight savings was a priority.

I had an Escalade. It was a great vehicle except for the whole having to put in a new engine. They look just like any Escalade until you hear them start. Sounds like a corvette. But if you like the horsepower, why not buy a stock and drop in some upgrades. But really I don’t need 700 hp to pick up my kids in car line.

When the Escalade came out, I thought it was tacky and blingy. The Mercedes S class was the tasteful vehicle for people who understood that function does not have to follow form in a luxury vehicle. Lexus used to know that too - that a smooth, sturdy car without distractions was worth paying for over something with lots of chrome and bling.
25 years later....now EVERY new BMW and Mercedes went far in that direction instead of focusing on what made them great. I'm furious as to what happened to the BMW 5 and 7 Series. And the S Class Mercedes has a hideous digital dashboard and an extremely overstyled design that the Germans have leaned into hard lately.
Meanwhile, the Escalade (lately....not the earlier ones) has become what the S Class failed to be....which is the tasteful large luxury vehicle. I don't think you guys understand how difficult it is for me to say that.
The Blackwing Cadillac sedans are amazing, arguably a better enthusiast vehicle than their competitors from Germany. And now the Escalade looks more tasetful and less tech-forward than the new S class.
Not only has large luxury SUVs started to replace large luxury sedans on American highways - but the Escalade has become one of the favorites, possibly one of the top selling nameplates over $100k.

Honestly that's really well done. I don't usually like the entire IC and dash being digital, but this is not bad at all.
This generation Escalade looks VERY good. I don't think I'd pay $239K for this one. But I think the regular Escalade V, itself properly insane under the hood and has very nice styling, costs around $170k.
