Just elimante all events and competitions based on gender. Everyone competes in the same event and for a spot on the team. The best person or athlete wins or makes the team.
Same for awards like the Oscars. No more gender catagories. Just one award for best actor, etc.

That's where their doctrine self-conflicts.
If the outcomes are not equal, then there is oppression. If 50% of the competitors are women, but only 2% finish in first place, then the system is inherently oppressive and needs to be destroyed

It will get to where transgenders are winning a ton of female events.
