Everything is spinning. If you see a cell approaching just assume it's bad news.

If if were me in charge... at this point I'd put the schools on lockdown and tell the kids to get under the desks.
But again... this is why schools ususally err on the side of caution and call it early. My guess is parents complaining AND exams this week is why they didn't.
