Yeah unfortunately that’s going to be a post that won’t be forgotten on the site for a while. Terrible deal that several states are dealing with today.

What weather app y'all getting these alerts linked in your post from?

I know these storms were absolutely toting the mail when they came across our parts.
I mean TRUCKING it.
We had some historic flash flooding this afternoon where specific spots in our area have flooded that I've never seen before- or not to this degree.
They're very peculiar, flash floods, on how they are so influenced by the microclimate surrounding the actual flooded area. I guess conditions were just ripe for it yet again; because it's becoming more and more common in the last 3 years.

One of the relatives and friends that I'm met in most of Obama's 57 states, is a 1st cousin that lives near Eva on your map.

Peek says that according to firefighters... the tornado that devastated Laurel is about a mile wide

I am afraid of what pics are going to be posted tomorrow morning if they are looking at foundations

It hit a trailer park up there, I believe, so this report wouldn't be unexpected.

I know trailer homes have evolved from the "official home of the meth head" and some actually look really fancy and nice
but you could not pay me to live in a mobile home full time (I have been on vacations with my grandparents in motorhomes... so that was only a few days)
just too much risk involved when it comes to nature
