New video with Audio shows that Spell told the "kid" that he was going to break his neck before any hands were thrown. He then proceeded to try to do exactly that pulling the head back as far as he could then twisting it like the boy was an owl.
That is 100% attempted murder.
I get that there is at least a 6 year long feud and crap said from both sides.
As far as midget Woody, he should realize that he hasn't been relevant since he lost that special election in 2008 because conservatives refused to vote for him but wouldn't vote for the Dem

You feel that the sheriff arrested the wrong guy? If you’re neighbor accused you of a crime and said he heard/saw you do it.. no other evidence whatsoever, just the neighbor’s word that you did it.. do you feel it right the sheriff cuff’s and stuff’s you on charges off of that alone??

Right right right.. Spell was just casually walking across to the street whistling Amazing Grace and wanted to offer some bbq chicken & tater salad church supper to the poor kid and kid just went ballistic attacking Spell outta nowhere. Craziest thing you ever saw!

If you do just a little research, you would see the family and the "kid" should have been arrested years ago and this incident would have never happened.
You can play all sorts of what ifs and whys about why the family wasn't but I'm willing to bet it was because they were helpful with the Covid Cops "investigating" the church.
I know nothing of Spell or the Church except the refusal to stop services for Covid. He may be a douche also, but since law enforcement didn't handle things I give him a pass on this.

Spell said he was going to break his neck as he was walking towards him. That makes is self defense. Wailing away at him after going to ground was definitely when Spell completely loses any self defense argument. Twisting his neck like an owl after saying he was going to break his neck is clearly attempted murder

So I just drove past that spot on the way to get some gas, and took a look.
I saw a red mailbox in the video, which narrows it down- that side of Hooper there are 3 residences, no businesses (they aren't far enough to get to the Cracker Barrel or Central City Grill).
Of the 3, all are within a stone's throw to the road. Maybe no further than 50 ft off the road at most.
The nicest home has a wooden fence and gate, it wasn't in front of that.
The second is a rough, older house that's run down, kinda sketchy looking.
The third is a raggedy trailer.
You can try to claim moral high ground, but a 6 tooth crackhead can still shoot you dead. Lot of good defending your honor does you there.
And something i thought about while driving past, the rest of that land in that stretch is now commercial property. It might be a ratty trailer sitting there, but I bet that land's worth a good bit. Wouldn't surprise me if the "long running feud" is that Spell is trying to squeeze them out and they won't sell.

I knew a family years ago, pretty well off actually, that owned land that Walmart wanted. They didn't want what Walmart offered, too low. Eventually that family got audited and the land was seized, and Walmart bought it for pennies and the people I knew got nothing.
I know Spell doesn't have the pull Walmart does, but I could see him trying to discredit and otherwise hassle somebody if he's trying to pry land out from under their control.
