One and only time I’ve ever had a really good look at it was in Kruger in South Africa. Blew my fricking mind. I think I stared at it for an hour or so.

Fake news. How can you look out and see the galaxy that we're "supposively" inside of?

Space is the wool over our soul's eye. This is proof that it's all a digital deep fake.

Mine was at Uluru in the middle of nowhere in Australia. I’ve yet to see anything close to the night sky I saw there.

What is traveling to uluru like?

Is there an airport close by and then you drive from there? Or is it a long drive from the nearest town?

The Milky Way is awesome. Before electricity it filled the night sky for everyone. How sad that we have to sometimes travel to exotic places to see it in its full glory.

Staying in an RV? Never been to the Outer Banks before, but heard it was great.

I went annually for about 6-7 years. We stayed in Rodanthe, south of Hatteras and the "touristy" part of the OBX.

It really is an amazingly beautiful place. We went in late September, after a lot of the OBX had closed for the season. Sometimes, it would be in the 40s at night and it was awesome around a campfire.

we stayed out really late in Bryce Canyon for the same reason. Absolutely mesmerizing.

To be fair, that isn't the view the human eye would see if standing on that beach right now. That is like a 30 second exposure on the camera.
