If you want hot chicken, get the real thing. If you want good fried chicken, don't get hot chicken.

It still bothers me that we really can't claim him...

What does frugality have to do with business investments? This is obviously something he plans to lease, or open a business in (Raising Canes or something else).

If leasing, you would really want this $75MM investment to generate at least $7.5MM of rental income per year. Does something like this fetch rent of $625k per month???

That money would have been better spent within LSUs NIL

I’d rather buy a timeshare than give to an NIL fund.

I don't know anything about this particular piece of property or Nashville real estate in general.

However, I do know that Graves is worth around $3 billion and this is an extremely small amount of money to be invested for him. He seems to be tied into Nashville real estate so perhaps he knows something we don't.

Maybe he just thinks it's a cool spot.

Hell, part-time bartenders on Broadway make 6 figures. Those bars crank out $12 miller lites like it's the last night on earth.

Sure, if said kid goes to a Christian college, small school or a regional. When said kid attends an equal SEC institution... You see where this is going

The people and visitors of Nashville are going to help contribute to LSU's NIL. Smart move.

Seems like it. It is possible to have dual allegiance.

I'm excited to try his chicken

He’s worth a good bit more than this. And he’s worth more than the $8B reported by Forbes a while back.

So yea it didn’t hurt much to buy this.
