1. Get divorce final.
2. If possible, get her fired for inter-office romance.
3. Vasectomy
4. Bang chicks 10 years younger than her until your dick falls off.

I don't think this is what Op is saying. He's saying *she* threw two sons down the drain, as a result of being willing to destroy the marriage for Jody.

Anyhow, don't badmouth her to your kids. They'll come to the correct conclusion, but also make sure you're there for them every possible moment.

Don't take her back. She want to. But don't.

If you've been dreading it, you knew it was coming. If I were you, I'd be relieved. Accept it's over. Try and get along with her and co-parent as much as possible. Get on bumble. Get some strange.

I've been seeing this a lot and I might be wrong but I think he means the fact that they shared two sons meant nothing to her, not that he is losing two sons.

They say the best way to get over someone is to get on top of someone else.

Bonus points if it's a friend of hers. Just don't jump into something serious. Have a little fun and sow some wild oats first

If the attorney says don't have sex with her ever again, especially during the separation process, DON'T SLEEP WITH HER AGAIN.

Yup.

May be considered reconciliation and the process restarts.

How do you process this and move on, I have no appetite I got the shakes. I’m just at a loss for words boys. I love her.

You'll get over that. She already has. It sucks and will suck for a while, but the advice you need has already been written. Heed it.

Get a good lawyer, today.
Go to the gym, work on making yourself better.
Don't start drinking, partying, or running her down in front of the kids.

It will get better, but for now you are in damage control mode.

Sorry to hear this, brotherman. As others have said, get an attorney and don't do anything stupid. Document it all - whatever she says, does, etc.

Unfortunately, life is going to suck for a while. Your kids are young enough that they will adjust. That's where your source of pain will lie. Not going to sugar coat it.

Just be the best Dad you can and give them the most stable environment you can. Never, ever talk bad about her in front of them. Never. No matter how much a POS she is. They don't deserve that and they would remember what you did. The will ask questions, and it will bother you, but as I told mine - sometimes things don't work out and people are better off as friends. They will see as they grow older. Just be the best you can.

Also, you have to realize that what you had is no more. I know, I was in the same boat when I found out mine was fricking someone else. Circle your wagons and work on you. That's all you can do.

How long have they worked together?

The first night? you knew she was going out with him?

Lawyer up fast and find a good one. My Brother didn’t and he’s still paying huge repercussions years later. Women are ruthless when they spot money and weakness.

Hard as it is to admit, it's true.

Once she decides to step out, the only step is the first one. If it wasn't with him, she'd have found someone else.

People fall out of love, unfortunately. Some have the decency to let you know beforehand. Others don't.

You're better off in the long run with a woman that is loyal, rare as they are these days.

I'd request an admin to delete this. Go lawyer up. Sorry that this happened to you. It punches you right in the gut but make sure you fall forward.
