In Louisiana I think there is a mandatory 6 month separation period prior to divorce EXCEPT in cases of infidelity. You can be divorced without the waiting period, I think.

You know you can’t hide any assets you accrued with your wife. Can’t understand why people think they can do this. All that shite comes out in discovery and goes 50/50 if it was gained during the marriage.
