With those white hands it's definitely a spray on tan. A real tan like that and his face would be a huge melanoma.

I always thought that if you are going to enhance part of yourself, that it should be done just enough that it doesn't look obviously enhanced. If you think you need a tan... Just do a little bit. If you want fuller lips, just barely get them enhanced so that they look fuller than what they are but it doesn't look like you stuck your lips in a bees nest.
