My company had massive layoffs this spring/summer due to CV-19 and the oil bust. A handful of AAs were caught up in it. We pretty much have to pay about $20 k to make those go away. Whites and Asians get nothing of course.

If I ran a company I would never hire a black person for this reason alone. If you have to part ways one day, which will likely be the case as few people work for the same company for 40 years anymore, it'll probably end with a lawsuit.

Ever seen the movie Parasite? These type of people are parasites and are a better representation of reality.

Their livelihood is built on searching how to be a victim and how to profit off of it.

Unfortunately our society is tripping over themselves to champion these types of people and have no problem fully obliging them.
