If a stay at home wife isn't at least doing the cooking and cleaning, when the husband is sole provider, that shite is whack. Now the OP doesn't provide the information on how many kids she is taking care of either. If she has 4 rugrats staying home with her, she's working just as hard of a shift as the dude, and I understand if sometimes she can get some errands ran or dinner on the table in time. If that bitch ain't doing nothing? She better be fricking and sucking the hell out of me to have some worth in staying in the relationship.

There are few things that make a man feel appreciated more than coming home to a clean house, a hot meal, and to have it tugged on at night.

Man will put up with a lot of bullshite for that, and keep on coming home.

Take that away, and don't be surprised if the dog wanders.

Obviously she has never seen Chris Rock's " daddy get the big piece of chicken" ... It's funny because it's true ( or should be)

Unless she just came home from her shift....that's kind of fricked up that she doesn't appreciate him enough to feed him.

Yep

There's probably a whole more info we need, but the man insinuates she doesn't work, or at the very least, she doesn't pay for anything.

She said that's what "he's supposed to do" providing for them. But if she doesn't work, then WTF is she "supposed to do" if she stays home all day but also can't cook a decent meal for this dude who was probably gone from sun up to sun down?

"what are we married for" is the question i silently ask my wife nearly every day.

marriage is a net loss for men. full stop.
Sorry to hear that, but in fairness, just because you're in a rough spot with your marriage does not mean all men are.

The only woman who is worth putting up with is an OT-8 or higher who puts out regularly and isn’t cheating.

I am very skeptical she would be in any of those categories.
This is a classic example of putting the pussy on a pedastal, man.

The OT 8 or higher who puts out regularly and isn't cheating is absolutely not worth that type of hassle.

If you can find an OT 8 like that, then you can find another OT 8 that does all that same shite but without the really, really bad/negative stuff.

He knew she was a bitch when he married her.

This is the issue I'd venture to guess the overwhelming majority of the time.

I'm sure there are outliers where you have what you think is a perfect relationship and some time after marriage, the spouse completely changes.

But I'd bet that is way more of the exception, and the real issue is people either rushing into marriage or getting married with someone who already is displaying these habits, and someone they're always fighting with and shite.

You HAVE to be super picky. If it ain't darn near perfect, don't do it. If you fight regularly or have big yelling matches, that ain't it. That shite doesn't magically stop, it only gets worse.

Par for the Course. Think about this; this is the difference between American men and women:

Men are told -“ Do the right thing”.

Women are told “ Do what’s right for you girl “.

Yeah that dude has it rough. When he tells her he pays for everything and she can't even keep food in the house and her response was "that's what your supposed to do" my blood pressure spiked. I'd be kicking her to the curb real quick. Poor guy probably can't afford to leave her, though.

If there are kids involved she will still get a bunch of his income. He is likely fricked either way. Cheapest way out is a boating accident where she sinks...

Black women are clamoring for black men who provide. I know how racist that sounds, but ride with me a minute.

This chick will be replaced, as likely by a relative of hers as any other.

I have seen it happen dozens of times.

He said she’s been doing it for a few months now.

That’s signs that somebody been having Jody over while he’s pulling that 13 hr shift.

She to busy with Mandingo to cook his food.

I mean most people put an OT 4 who doesn’t put out and may even have an affair on a pedestal.

Fwiw an OT 6 who has none of those issues is far preferable to any of these options.
