3008 Soldato Way, Leander, TX 78641
Are we entering a 2008 type of housing market correction here?

Leander is about as Austin as Covington is New Orleans.

Nobody wants to cut that slope.

Yeah me putting my house on the market sealed its fate lol

IMO if you’re spending that much you want a private pool, and if you’re buying a 5 bedroom house that size it’s because you have a family/multiple kids
no one wants a house in that size and that price point without a pool or outdoor area for kids and that yard/lot with the slope makes neither of those possible
that lot with outdoor covered patio and hill views needed to be a smaller house for older single couple

I was fine with the $10,796 mo but I'm out with the $70 mo HOA.

Nice view outside but that house looks like a prison to me.

I was expecting a 1600 foot houses squeezed into a good neighborhood

Is crown molding no longer a thing? It seems to me that it looks kind of cheap without it.

That house would go for $6M in my hood

It's too modern for me. Lacks character. Looks bland. Also, for 1.6M I can get 4 acres, build exactly what I want and have an outdoor area people would pay to use.

No colors ere harmed during the making of this house. One might go snow blind living it that thing.

1.6M and less than a one acre lot.
Come to my town where a renovated house on .17 of an acre is selling for over 3 million lol
I mean it's rather spectacular but that's crazy

We joke but the property taxes alone on this is a separate mortgage. If you got it you got it, but 1.6 M on this property is a hard sell

$2 million doesn’t get you cabinet pulls either.

new custom home
If the home is new and for sale it is a spec (speculatory) property, not custom.

All of this plus being subject to an HOA.
