You missed the ensuing riots after this.

Watched it this morning. It’s, um......interesting. Weirdly enough, I like the song. It’s a lot more “hip hop/rap” than his last album, even though it’s pretty repetitive.
The video seems to try way too hard to be “woke” (sigh), but the production value is really good.
I still miss old school Gambino though. Truly awesome music. I’ve seenhim twice in concert and the first one (one his Camp tour) was amazing. He was high energy pretty much the whole time. Second time was his Because the Internet tour and it was good, but more weird. Sadly he’s gotten more and more weird with each album since then (sorry, I mean “artistic”). If he ever goes back to rap I will be happy, but unfortunately I feel like I was lucky to see him before he weirded out all over everybody.

That video is very odd.
This one is even more confusing.I have no idea what the message is.
You have to watch the whole music video to see what I mean.

He also grew up insanely rich. Parents are wealthy. He's never been through "the struggle".
Nah. His parents are Jehovah's Witnesses.

I hope to see more artists from other countries mimic Donald Glover with a video like this. Like Syria, Iraq, etc... Just so we compare how bad shite is.
Don’t set the bar too high for us

have no idea what you are talking about, and don't care enough to go find out after reading your OP

Insanely rich?

Good case study would be to see where these people are in 10 years.

Ooops, my bad. Guess I took his lyrics too literal.

You are probably referring to the album he wrote to accompany his short film about being born rich.

Donald Glover has a video where he escapes being hung.
OP: And this matters to me exactly why again?

Other than This is America, I can't understand what he is saying. Serious question, is he retarded?

Alot of rappers are apparently Italian these days.

Is Gambino the current rapper whites support? I know that it changes from time to time. Song is decent, music video is way too try hard.

Another blatant example of pop culture trash.

Sounds like it sucks where you work. I've not heard anything about this until it was posted here, and I'm with the first comment following the op.
