Agreed. This is more important than driving a standard

How to fight. Not OT badass level but comfortable enough that you're not afraid to take a punch. Bruises heal faster than pride.

A public defender is not looking out for your interests. A hired attorney is worth the money.

I would shorten this down to just learn how to take a punch.

Serious question. How do you learn to take a punch? Seems like little you can do when you take one to the face

In my case? Complete the clinch drill for level one certification of Army Combatives with a former golden glove winner.

I about got my arse knocked out cold. But it's about taking that blow to the head and not freezing up or whatnot and keep attacking.

A: Take one

B: don't be a bitch

if you go down, you go down, but you get the frick back up and keep fighting till you are physically unable to continue doing so.

And a tire changing trick - if the lug nut is too tight, adjust the wrench until its somewhat parallel to the ground and stand on it.
I carry a Cross Wrench (pictured below)with me (new Jeep Grand Cherokee, it fits nicely on top of the spare tire).

Makes changing a flat tire happen for me in under 10 minutes.

I used to carry a floor jack when I drove a pickup.

That was preferable to the stock jacks.

Max out you and your wife’s Roth for as long as you can.

Do not follow AT advice for investing in penny stocks.

Do not invest in penny stocks in your Roth.

I hope you realize eventually the government will tax your Roth on the back end as well. It's already been discussed in Congress multiple times. It's a matter of when, not if.

Isn't that the thing where you pay the taxes up front?

Never really understood why you'd want to do that.

Same way you learn to do anything else, by doing it.

Such an overrated trope. Why should every man know how to do this? It's not 1970 anymore. 13% of new car models last year were sticks. Less than 3% of cars sold on CarMax last year were sticks.

It's pretty outdated, archaic, boomer logic to think men should know a manual considering how incredibly remote the chance is anyone would actually ever have to use one irl.

psssst: yes, I do know how
