Most big box groceries have their own delivery or pick up services. My guess is it was their own employees with the big bin deal.

Either way, unless you’re lazy as frick it’s not hard to go pick up the other things in your list and come back to that aisle if needed.

I’d rather be down a dollar than down a brain.

Yea, sorry I don’t have some stranger on meth who probably hasn’t showered in a few days picking out and handling my fruit, vegetables, sandwich meats from the deli, etc.

yea, now that I think about it, I’m a total piece of shite garbage for not overpaying someone I don’t know to shop for the food I eat and allowing a stranger to deliver shite to my house.

I'd definitely avoid all restaurants too if I were you

What's better is I believe they have a directive from stores to send expired or near expired product to the delivery consumer. Several times we've received things a week past expiration. But what are we gonna do? Drive back to the grocery store for a refund, for a product we ordered so we wouldn't have to drive to the grocery store?

Excellent marketing strategy

I once ordered grocery delivery from WM & received a rotisserie chicken that was 5 days old

It's ironic that the people that use it the most also complain about their student loan debt.

Last week I heard some the girls who work in my office (who make ~$13hr) talking about how they exclusively do instacart, doordash, etc.

1. If I made $13hr I sure as shite wouldn't be getting takeout

2. People are stupid and lazy

I think the chicken they cook is chicken that is closest to the expiration date. Try to cook it and sell it rather than dispose makes good business sense.

A rare correct usage of aisle/isle. Must be an English professor or something.

I don’t have this problem because I use Instacart.

What's it like to pay a premium for the smallest bell pepper, a bruised banana, and the least marbled steak?
