These instacart / Uber type shoppers at grocery stores are getting out of hand

They are making grocery shopping a nightmare.
Over the past couple months every time I go grocery shopping these people are clogging up every isle with their scanner thing trying to find shite to put in their cart and they park their buggy in the middle of the isle.
Also, it seems that one buggy has 2-3-4 people shopping for the same buggy so it makes the isles even more crowded.
I get that they are trying to make a living by shopping for people but they don’t have any grocery store etiquette and they are mostly all rude people who have zero care about regular shoppers.

You do realize this probably makes the stores LESS crowded with actual people, right?

Reason #12 to employ an instacart driver on your staff

Sorry you don’t have someone bring you your groceries and still have to interact with the plebs.

Maybe you should adapt and use Instacart too

Yea, sorry I don’t have some stranger on meth who probably hasn’t showered in a few days picking out and handling my fruit, vegetables, sandwich meats from the deli, etc.
yea, now that I think about it, I’m a total piece of shite garbage for not overpaying someone I don’t know to shop for the food I eat and allowing a stranger to deliver shite to my house.

You must be in an area served by trash. The ones I get are all suburban soccer moms doing it as a side hustle.

It’s in one of the top ranked suburbs in Atlanta
Considering that the worst suburbs in Atlanta are better than the best suburbs in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee - I would say that it’s a pretty nice area / grocery store.

Must not be that nice if you have meth-heads handling your groceries.

Tell us all you’re the shitty tipper so the good shoppers don’t pick up your cart.

So you don’t order anything online? Have anything shipped to your house? Have other people work on your house?

I do from reputable companies like FedEx, UPS, etc but not from a delivery service where they don’t drug test, perform background checks, etc.

Are you one of those guys who doesn’t pick up a dollar on the street because it might have fentanyl ton it?

Instacart does background checks, bud. And very specific offenses disqualify employees from working with them, like sexual-based offenses.

Everyone who applies to become an Instacart shopper needs to go through a background check before the company will work with them

You do know that a lot of FedEx guys are subcontractors that own their own routes pretty much the same as Instacart shoppers are subcontractors. FedEx is not drug testing them and UPS is only drug testing at the time of hiring or if there is an accident.
Also, if you order your food direct from say Albertsons, then an Albertsons employee shops it and bags it and the Instacart people only deliver it to you.

Dude lives in an area where the common delivery driver is a meth head yet he is talking down to others.

I dont get this part unless you mean store employees are doing the delivery. Instacart doesnt pay enough to split between 4 people per order.
If it wasnt an instacart person with a buggy it would be whoever the hell they are picking up the groceries for.
