Zyn takes the enamel off of your teeth. I've gone to Snus.

So after a little digging I find this snippet.
Sweetish Match and its product Zyn has up to a 70% control of the snus market. Philip Morris owns 90% of Sweetish Match as of last year. Then this....
Philip Morris stock drops as Russia exposure triggers downgrade
Apparently Phillip Morris is relatively heavily invested in Russia.
Its all about money and market manipulation. Nobody actually believes they are looking out for fricking teens and their oral hygiene.

If they thought 1/6 was bad just wait until it’s a bunch of people going through withdrawals.

I just don't get it. They care about shite like this, yet fentanyl is running rampant. Whenever anyone says the government is the answer, I always point to the war on drugs. We spend so much money, shred the 4th Amendment, and it has done absolutely nothing. As a complete drug noob, I could score cocaine, weed, and hard core drugs within 3 hours of starting to look.

Chinese via Mexico fentanyl-- no biggie.
Nicotine pouches-- crackdown.

Find out who Zyn’s competitor is and invest heavily in their stock because you know ole Chucky Schumer did.

Too immature for nicotine pouches and vape juice but mature enough to cut balls and breasts off.

I dipped for 20-21 years and quit a month ago. Started using Zyn. It’s not the greatest but It does it job.

While we're on the topic of Zyns, has anyone tried the Black Buffalo pouches? I see they offer a nicotine pouch as well as nicotine free pouches. Wouldn't mind making the switch if they're worth it

we've all got to have something, right?
I wish there was a thing as plain water infused with caffeine. I hate that coffee discolors my teeth and I have to use the whitening trays weekly to keep my teeth nice and white.
and ftr- I dgaf if ppl vape, smoke, dip etc.. you do you, boo. just don't come after my caffeine.

Absolutely, I'm not looking to eliminate caffeine but caffeine seems (for me) to have an effective life of several hours; that's great in the morning. But taken too late in the day and it interferes with my sleep.
Enter Zyn nicotine for someone who doesn't use tobacco. Nicotine has an effective life at best half as long as caffeine, so I can take a pouch or two late in the afternoon and still sleep like a baby.
As I mentioned previously, I haven't developed any withdrawal symptoms and maybe that's because I don't use it often. But the flipside is I'm not impressed with the boost I get from it.

try this, make sure to get the 'advanced' version rather than the standard one as it has a blend of caffeine sources rather than synthetic:

200mg per dose which is great for me - my wife cuts them in half. Available at Walmart, Amazon, and most vitamin/health food stores online
ETA: as a nurse I'm sure you know this but for the benefit of others, make sure you stay well hydrated as caffeine is a diuretic and experiment with taking it on empty stomach vs with food - personally I like the hit on empty stomach much better

I’m a casual nicotine user (try to keep it to drinking on weekends/ hunting/ fishing/tailgating)so I don’t use daily but I tried the Black Buffalo and thought it was solid. I don’t think it gives the same strength nicotine buzz as a ZYN but I guess it depends on how many you put in? They also have a long cut version but it doesn’t have any tobacco that was good as well. I would try them out for sure, you can get it from Racetrac.

Zyn helped me kick my 15+ year Copenhagen addiction and I cannot imagine how many other millions have done so as well.
