The majority of the people pretending to be upset don't really feel that way
They know they will get attention and have other people similar to them rally around their fake outrage. It's this bullshite cycle that just keeps rolling from one "racist" thing to another. Once they all pat themselves on the backs and share each others tweets, it's onward to the next thing. It's the same reason they all eventually attack each other, it's not about the outrage but the attention they get from it.
