And?

Was just up in Arkansas for a whopping 18 hours and it’s was really nice in the hill country or whatever the hell you want to call it.

I think it’s funny everyone says “the next….”

I got bad news for you guys, we have a frick ton of people in this country and with many being flexible on their work location anywhere nice is going to be popular as frick”

Fayetteville is the Austin of Arkansas. Or at least they're trying to be.

All roads are leading to Rome.

Women & dumb men vote for dumb shite that can’t be paid for.

The can’t afford to live in such location anymore because they voted for dumb shite.

Move to new location. Vote for same dumb shite. Same result.

Move again….

Rinse….

Repeat….

Arkansas really is awesome minus Little Rock and the delta area.

North Ar around the white river and Mountain Home, NW Arkansas, Conway, Hot Springs are all really nice and cool places to live.

My son goes to a small college in North to North East Arkansas. It's an amazing area honestly. They even have a Popeyes. Imagine going into a Popeyes and getting good service and food quickly. The weather is just a little bit colder than we have in Atlanta. I'm sick of Georgia and about ready to gtfo of this overrun state. You can't go anywhere anymore without every single interstate being backed up.

When it's not backed up you have every local cop out on the interstate trying to make a few hundred dollars a pop which of course makes a traffic jam every time they pull someone over because you have to move a lane over for them.

NE Arkansas feels like a step back towards the time when things were better.

Pretty much a job for everyone willing to work.

You want office corporate life? Walmart, JB Hunt, Tyson, and then gazillion Walmart suppliers with offices.

You want to be a hand or PM? Construction companies out the arse who pay well and business isn’t slowing down soon.

i recently passed through and was astounded how nice that corridor had become. I thought Birmingham was the fastest growing area in the south, that area of Arkansas blows it away. I'd surpass Austin and say its as nice as Denver (visited both in the past 6 months)

This is my issue with the area. It's a pain the arse driving distance to basically anywhere else I might want to go. And it's not really good for flying in and out of either.

Where they can go and bitch about environmental issues and global warming and equity and hatred of capitalism while they desire their latte to be on time and their organic edamame to be nutrient positive.

Meanwhile they hate guns (wilting) none of them can mow their lawn, swing an axe, manage a garden or hunt their own food.

As someone said, they are a cancer bringing the indoctrinated poison they with them that they received from the howling leftist at school, who also provide little to the world in value.

Stay of my lawn!
