The thing with people, is they try and sell you on whatever they are doing. People who never want to have kids do it just as much; however, they are just a smaller portion of the population.

I've never tried to sell anyone on not having kids. In fact we were speaking with a couple a few weeks ago who said they didn't want kids now but that their opinions could change later. They said they enjoyed that their friends had kids because they liked playing with them but didn't want to take them home. They didn't try to tell us to not have kids.

I think it's great when people have kids, especially good people who are successful and classy. I would never try to convince them not to. I would also never try to convince them to have children if they didn't want them.

I have no regrets

I view upbringing my daughter as an honor especially since I seem to be more of a single dad these days

I know it’s not for everyone and won’t encourage everyone I know to have kids

Some people aren’t biologically wired to upbringing and develop children

Just dicking around.

But in all seriousness, I have a friend who’s the same way. “It’s the most difficult and best job I ever had.” Then he tells me about the time he cried on his way to work because he was so stressed. Dude has 5 kids. frick that.

I will have kids within the next 2-4 years. I want to be a dad sooner than later for personal reasons. My limit is 3. I get parenting is hard and a tough job and all you do is worry about the little bastardd, but people have been doing for literally ever. Or none of us would be here.

If you don’t want kids, that’s fine by me. Don’t let other people tell you how you should live your life.

How many times must you rehash the same shite?

You're the equivalent of the atheist that walks around ensuring that everyone knows his lack of beliefs.

I don’t see the big deal.

If people don’t want to have kids, that’s perfectky ok. I’d rather see people understand this about themselves than be extremely horrible parents because they are miserable

Proceed.

One isn't required to be a parent to understand the requirements of parenting and that an innate psychological attachment will exist between a parent and a child.
