Soda brands = all of them were called a Coke when I was growing up.
What kind of Coke do you want?
Question from my mom before a shopping trip

They have to vary the answers to use this junk to make click bait articles
The real answer is probably coke in every state, but nobody would click on that

I’d like a source on this. I’d bet the coke sales at the McDonald’s alone in New York outsell every Pepsi outlet.
ETA:
According to Grok:
Pepsi outsells Coca-Cola in a few specific regions of the United States, though comprehensive state-level data is sparse. Based on available information, Pepsi has a higher market share than Coca-Cola in the following states:
• Montana: Pepsi is noted as having a stronger market presence compared to Coca-Cola.
• North Dakota: Pepsi outperforms Coca-Cola in this state.
• Utah: Pepsi has a notable edge over Coca-Cola in market share.
• Central Appalachia: This region, which includes parts of states like West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southwestern Virginia, shows a preference for Pepsi over Coca-Cola.

For some reason my local subway has Pepsi products 99% of restaurants/fast places in SWLA are Coke products. I tried Pepsi for the first time in years and remembered how good Pepsi was.

I love Dr Pepper… unfortunately don’t drink it often because of the calories….it was a game-changer for me when DPZero came out
Have you tried Dr Pepper and Cream Soda Zero? It's damn good.

I live in NY and the Coca Cola is far and away the most common soda in every corner shop, every bar, every restaurant and anyone's house you ever go to aside from Latin people that usually have Fanta.
The only place I even see Pepsi is many old Mom's and Pop's Pizza spots and that's due to the other sodas they distribute. The owner of the pizza spot near my house says they stick with Pepsi even though some people complain mainly because they distribute San Pellegrino Italian sodas which are their most popular sodas by far.
Not sure how this list was calculated.
