No Western nation is in the top twenty.

But keep driving that shitty electric car and using shitty inefficient appliances. “Fighting climate change” is a farce when the people slapping regulations on western countries allow China, India, et al to pump out whatever they want.

I saw some pics of India in a thread a month or two ago, and it was pretty shocking the amount of filth (and dead bodies) just lying around everywhere. It was disgusting.

Found it. It was from this thread.

Here is the link.

And absolutely zero chance you get any of them to change their ways, unless you come up with a new clean energy source that is cost effective and sustainable. I'm not sure why we are so hyper focused on cutting emissions here in the U.S. when our focus should be figuring out a better way to do renewable energy, because at some point we will run out of resources.

These countries should start with cleaning up plastics that find their way into the Pacific and Indian Oceans. If they are measuring pollution by CO2 emissions I'm not really worried. Cleaning up plastics that make it to the oceans are low hanging fruit. Despite the EPA declaration and the climate change nuts, CO2 is not a pollutant. Along with O2, CO2 is the symbiotic connectivity between the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom.

8 of the top ten countries are predominantly desert locals. The natural dust probably has something to do with ranking based on a particulate [DUST] standard.

Or they are stuck in 700AD with 2024 tech and dont know what the frick they are doing.

why is it always so bad in those countries?

Why can they not fix it? are they too poor or something?[/quote

Honestly? Laziness.

Fix it lol. They are NOT innovators. None of those countries innovate. They steal and reverse engineer, China being front on center on that particular issue.

The US is the one creating and changing. We have our problems, tons of them but they pale in comparison to countries whos leadership takes 90% of the countries economy for themselves.

At lease in the United States you have a chance, and even if you blow it, you are better off than every regular person in the world not in the United States. Its really that simple.

Every other beautiful country Ive ever been to was amazing for 1 maybe 2 weeks. Then you get hit with wow this is not and will not ever be as nice as America. Once you come to that realization its easy to sleep at night in the GOAT country ever created.

Also, we have two oceans so every other country can suck it.

Dont do drugs

List checks out of biggest shite holes where it's hard to breathe. I have to go back to India soon and i'm dreading it. I'm already stocking up on sudafed since the meth heads made them limit how much they can sell. I'll need a months worth to last a week.

I have dealt with Chinese manufacturing (specifically fabricators) and anecdotally this was 100% my experience. Culturally they are order takers and do not think out of the box. The issue for me was understanding their manufacturing capability. Once I understood their capability I could design my components around it. I contrast this with American manufactures/fabricators and when a design is out of their capability they respond with, "why not change the design to such and such? It meets the spec. and it will be cheaper." I did not get any design suggestions from the Chinese (and there was not a language barrier).

And that's just air pollution, nevermind the rivers of garbage flowing through some of those countries.

So you are basically saying that cancer alley in louisiana is like the amazon rainforest compared to those places in terms of pollution?

There's no comparing the 2. The sky in Delhi is never blue, just always overcast with smog.

100% on your side with this analysis.

I dont see why WE would change, we are doing alright.

If we didnt argue about meaningless shite there would be 75% less arguing.

The 2nd amendment and 2 oceans is what separates us.

Imagine being in a place that has to broadcast a color outside to let you know if its safe to walk outside for the day.

Thats what you are dealing with even just South of us in Mexico.
