Every other time this has happened to a crypto "exchange". The exchange was secretly insolvent and was liquidating user funds.
What is seriously funny is that BTC is free from "control". But every off ramp to real money was immediately frozen.

Crypto bros love the news headlines so they use their "market cap" not volume.
Binance has been a shady exchange for a long time. 99% of the traffic on there is wash trading, and is mostly used by criminals. Binance is not allowed to operate in the USA due to being caught with money laundering charges etc...
