If they engaged in real journalism and shot straight with the news, there would be a demand for their content and people would pay. I know I would. But I guess that never occurred to them.

With deep fakes and AI becoming more common, I’m of the opinion traditional media outlets may come back around. The only sources that are verified and you can trust.
Of course for poli board types, they’ll just continue to swim in a world of make believe and conspiracies.

Not everyone can be the same level of journalist as Larry Leo.

They stopped being journalists a long time ago. They are now “media”.

Journalism died two decades ago.
Its all yellow journalism now.

Very few legitimate journalists.
When you follow one it’s amazing the difference between one and msm activism.

As much as I’d like to pin this on leftist writing I think it’s probably caused by peoples’ lack of attention spans. Much easier to read a headline or blurb on twitter and call it a day than reading an entire article.

AI can replace most journalists

3. Journalism has failed.
Hopefully, one day true journalism will return.
This won't happen until/unless leftist filth (redundant) is eliminated from teaching journalism to high school and college students. The left is pro censorship and anti journalism.

You can input basic data and get AI articles with less spelling errors.

I have not seen anyone try yet. Make me wonder about the stranglehold the large investment pools have over not wanting real news to be reported.
If one of the large networks went back to old school reporting, reporting factual events without opinions, then reported the factual response from both sides of issues without reporter opinions, it should be a ratings bonanza.
Investigative journalism disappeared for a reason and it was not because the public did not want it, it was because the powers that were targeted for exposure bought their way into the media network or secured board positions to change news media reporting.

Learn to OnlyFans.
Based on the typical picture of a "journalist", that won't work either. They'll have to go back to the traditional uses of their liberal arts degrees and learn to barista or wait tables.

There was a link a few days ago on TD to a guy doing real investigative journalism into the tranq wars in Philly ( cartels vs China).. that was fascinating insight. Same with the guy that investigated the IOC and FIFA...a-political in depth stuff...some outlet has to still be doing that
I read an Atlantic article a few months back touting Mille as the savior of democracy and how much safer we are now under Biden since Trump no longer has access to nuclear codes ...it was all garbage

I would disagree. I feel like there is a large sector of the population that is looking for this style of news but it can't be found anywhere. If someone truly came up with this I bet it would be popular but it would also have a ton of barriers. I am sure there would be multiple organizations actively trying to make it fail.

That's so wrong, on so many levels. AI is just repackaging what is already there based on a query, and it doesn't always get that right.
There is a big enough problem now with all the circular sourcing and lazy reporting.
