I try to avoid Latoya’s eutopia most of the time. But took the kids to City Park today. Masks everywhere. Sat down outside to eat at Cafe du Monde and dumb libs were quite literally eating beignets with masks on, lowering them to take bites. My oldest son pointed it out to me and said “it looks hard to eat like that”. I thought it was 2019 again. People jogging with masks on as well. We all have our own individual situations so maybe they had good reason, who knows. But there was a stark difference in the city from the last time I was there.

Democratic control over common sense is evident everywhere.

I was there on Thursday. There were people everywhere with masks on outside.

And that mask made of Hanes underwear blocks like 4% of the particles they are breathing in

I avoid because last time I was there I was robbed at gun point and then when the cops arrived 6 hours later they shot my dog and stole my wallet

Wow. So a bunch of people were doing something that caused you absolutely no harm whatsoever and you were this upset by it?

I’m so glad you made it out alive and were able to share your story. You are brave.

You really think this level of fear and paranoia (without good reason) isn’t negatively affecting society?

I was at the city park Cafe Du Monde this afternoon about 4 and I saw none of this. Don’t think I saw many people in masks at all. Not a single person in line had one on to my recollection.

That being said, you’re going to see it in NOLA. Teedy’s base is legit crazy afraid of Covid.

Can’t you just not wear your mask and shut the frick up? If they want to do it, let em. How mentally fragile do you have to be to get so upended by the decisions of others that you come waste our time? Sensitive conservatives are just the same as sensitive “libs”.

Well I was there at around 2 and it was probably 50/50. And a few tables had the dummies wearing them while eating. It was definitely a lot more masks than the last time I was there.

City park is at the forefront of the getting your kids vaxxed program. Got a text last week that shooting up your kid yielded a free celebration in the oaks admission. Got one today that they’ve upped the ante to a free admission and $100 visa gift card. It’s this type of stuff that makes me buy into the very worst of whats really going on.

Can’t you just shut the frick up if you’re that sensitive to some common sense talk on a message board? If it bothers you that much you must doubt your position.
