Well these are unprecedented times and it’s scary to think that we now live in a society that’s ok with the cancel movement. And according to some in here, don’t talk about it because you’re being stupid and/or freaking out about it.

So what should we discuss? The weather?

Joe, could have stayed independent. He seemed to be doing fine before the move to Spotify. Anyone with a brain could see that going to Spotify was going to be a problem for him eventually. He should have decentralized. Would have given him the freedom to say what he wants without reprisal.

I knew Rogan was spineless even before he apologized. That’s why I didn’t get excited when he spoke out against the vaccine. When the heat came, Rogan can’t take it.

Remember that interview where he did with Jack Dorsey? Dude just pretended to be unaware and clueless about Twitters treatment of Trump and conservatives. In essence, he was afraid to challenge Dorsey when given the opportunity. His followers were waiting for him to do and what did he do? Nothing.

I’ve said it all along, Rogan is a Chameleon. He was say what he needs to say for the big bucks. That’s kind of sad because he has this large loyal following behind him and he refuses stand up for them in the name of money. What is the difference in having 400 mil vs 600 mil when you can’t even spend a quarter if it before you die?

Here is the White House requesting a private company censor a contributor it doesn’t like:
News.com: Psaki Speaks on Joe Rogan

Couple days later 70 some episodes of his show are deleted from Spotify and he has to issue an apology.

Is that not cause and effect? Is that not the government telling a private company what it can say?

No telling what Spotify was told behind closed doors if Psaki was willing to make that statement publicly.

Bill Maher said hard r n word live on air a year or two ago and he hasn't missed a beat.

SNL said hard r n word live on air a few years ago and they are as popular as ever.

I'm sure Rogan will get the same treatment as them.

No brah, you gotta talk about truck nuts or baws or how big your turd is when you take a dump. You know? shite that’s really important. Not something stupid like the first amendment that you can’t do anything about.

The fact you have half the knuckle heads in here downvoting this illustrates just how screwed we all are when they cannot recognize this simply attack on free speech as an attack on all of our free speech.

You’re obviously correct, and we’re obviously screwed, given the sentries of our first amendment rights are fast asleep on the job.

It’s not about Joe Rogan. It’s about silencing free speech that disagrees with political power. If you don’t see the problem with that, then you have identified yourself as the problem.

Meh, not really. If you take their money, then you are subject to playing the game by their rules.

You’re missing my point. There is a famous clip of Joe talking about how you can’t be weak and docile man. Yet the second he is faced with adversity he apologizes twice in one week and folds to our fight for freedom of speech that no longer exists.
