People seem to forget how fricking stupid the average police department is in Louisiana

Sounds like his friend is wanted on felony charges and they are just using these charges as leverage to get him to give up his friend.

I've slowly come to hate the police.
Eta: technically it could be high THC cbd oil...which is illegal.
I stand by the statement thought. Even though I despise THC products for how annoying its users are.

They weren’t going out looking for CBD. They were looking for his passenger who apparently was wanted for a list of charges.
When they patted him down he had CBD oil. They couldn’t just let him go because it was a felony level due to the concentrated amount of THC (again stupid, but they don’t make the laws).
