The amount of Fat People in the South/Louisiana astonishes me

Just returned after a year living abroad, and let me tell you fatties are an epidemic in Louisiana.
The number of morbidly obese people I see in every place I have conducted business is astonishing; I never noticed it before.
Think of the long term effects this has on our healthcare and insurance industry, not to mention quality of life for these heaving, sweaty fat bodies. How can you guys have an enjoyable sex or personal life?

honestly it's one of the first things I noticed after moving to Boston. The south has an astonishing number of fat people.

How have we not shamed the fat bodies into trimming up is beyond me.
I'm convinced this is how America will fall. Internally, caused directly by fat bodies.

I eat like an a-hole, drink dark beer almost daily and don't exercise. I'm somehow only 15-20 lbs over weight. That leads me to believe that really fat people have to go out of their way to get so big. I don't get it.

I wonder what the stats say about the levels of satisfaction and happiness in fat people vs skinny people. Seems like the skinny ones are always pointing the finger and bitching.

It's not just south Louisiana, but anywhere where A/C is necessary most of the year.

maybe when they are younger
but lets poll the same people when they are 50+ and see how well those fat people feel
