Just returned after a year living abroad, and let me tell you fatties are an epidemic in Louisiana.
The number of morbidly obese people I see in every place I have conducted business is astonishing; I never noticed it before.
Think of the long term effects this has on our healthcare and insurance industry, not to mention quality of life for these heaving, sweaty fat bodies. How can you guys have an enjoyable sex or personal life?

large percentage of poor, for whom eating is one of the few satisfactions in life. Lots of very stressed out people who eat mindlessly, and drink. very little exercise among a large percentage of the population. All contributes.
