Not anymore than any other race. The amount of hanky panky going on at one of the gyms I used to go to they ended up closing all the showers and removing the middle lockers and creating a big open space in the locker room.

More importantly, why do you think we need laws against spitting and biting? Because apparently some a-hole did it to someone.

Sounds like gay dudes really should utilize the Dave Chapelle sexual consent form executed in front of a notary and two witnesses.

Instead of yelling “Kobe!” when tossing the condom, they’ll likely be yelling “Easy E!”

What they don't mention is the percent of black women (living w/ HIV). I bet it's at least 50% which would make sense that the part of the community responsible for 90%+ of the crime is leading the pack on this specific crime too.

Which is related to the downlow issue.

Black guys are getting the HIgh fiVe while playing butt darts then spreading it to their woman when they get home.

The state spends around 50k a year on medication for every prisoner with aids. The medication is expensive and aids is common in prisons

let someone intentionally pass on covid to another person. that would result in a death sentence.

This has everything to do with the influence of the LGBTQ+ culture in society. They think that protecting the HIV issue is somehow a must do to protect them.

It’s not a death sentence, but infection means you’re on drugs to manage it for the rest of your life, and you have to be careful not to transmit to others for the rest of your life. The lifelong regimen of drugs is the only reason it isn’t a death sentence.

Another piece of this that people don’t get and why this irresponsibility is so impactful

Would do some HIV meds for a patient , like $8-9,000 worth of meds ( the expensive new ones that they advertise the hell out of ) a month. They were on Medicaid . For 18 years worth of meds and that’s the minimum time frame I’ll put on this scenario as you can expect to be a lifer on these type meds

That is $1.9 million dollars worth for 1 person

And the law in Louisiana is disproportionately enforced based on race and sex. Black men make up 15% of the population in this state and 44% of those living with HIV, but 91% of the arrests for allegations related to HIV crimes

Is law disproportionately enforced based on race and sex, or is a certain sex of a certain race disproportionately committing the criminal act?

It is basically semantics, but in this age that wording will be taken by some as law enforcement also selectively or discriminately enforcing law more against hiv+ black males versus saying enforcement of this law has resulted in a disproportionate number of hiv+ black males being arrested. Like I said it’s semantics as laws are enforced, but wording seemed to try to open up implications on how law is enforced by law enforcement on top of issues with the law itself.

Anyway based on arrest rates should we decriminalize homicide as well saying homicide laws in the US are disproportionately enforced based on race and sex?

Gotta be careful about what junk you allow in the trunk, even if it looks like a magic johnson.
