They didn't even get the damn direction right
Also that's like calling Mandeville the northern edge of New Orleans. It's 35 miles away.

Is the golf club at the Bluffs anything but weeds at this point?

Flipping through that and saw Eastover…. Had to reverse that only to find it’s Shreveport..

lol, The Myrtles off Highland Rd says hold my cold drink

I thought it was closed. And even in BR they didn't get any of the actual super wealthy neighborhoods correct.

Southern Trace in Sweepote is not on the list but Highland is there? Getcha some crack in Highland but not a nice home
It is..they just put it in the wrong city. These lists are mostly AI-produced crap. Southern Trace is certainly well above Broadmoor, Highland, etc too.
30. Southern Trace, Bossier City

Tchefuncte Country Club not listed on there makes this list idiotic. The lots alone are selling for $600k in there. How about Brady Island?
I was about to say the same thing as well as the Sanctuary. Property values keep going up and wealth moving in to all those areas.

The wealth that has and continues to move into Tchefuncte Country Club and Brady Island is crazy.

Big Lee didn’t live in Old Metairie. He is on the other side of the interstate. Home values drop once you go north of I-10.
Not lately… North of Vets, many of those 50’s built houses are being torn down and replaced with 900K+ houses… and have you driven through Bucktown lately?

Yep. From Bonnabel to 17th street Canal has been booming for a while. I thought the higher interest rates would have slowed it down.
There have been four monster houses built along the lake in the past three years. The biggest is by one of the Saints former dome patrol linebackers. I think he paid $800k for the two lots to build on.

Typically "Old Metairie" still has a lot of those "post WWII cottages" and 50's ranch style houses still around...
Not really.
They’re still around, but a ton have been torn down and there’s one getting replaced by a new BWB every day.

There’s <20 homes in Brady Island. You can add River Club Estates to your list as well.

Where did you find this 2023 ChatGPT crap?
The "journalist" that copy/pasted this slop couldn't even bother to do a Google to check if the "information" the AI spit out was even accurate. These people are upset that their jobs are being taken and then proceed to put garbage like this on the internet, wonder why? Of course, OP got the desired result on this forum, but content like this brings absolutely no value to the world. I'm surprised Google even ranked this article, it's on the 2nd page of results, baffling.

That was old, old Metairie before they put the interstate in. Also, it was my first paper route in 1973.

He actually payed over a million for those two lots...
His wife already started shite with Lakeside country club, there's a waiting list to join, when they told her she couldn't be accepted immediately, she played the race card...
