This list is dumb.
And the photo they showed is of a spec house by Level Homes in Waters Edge (Lexington Estates). The photo they showed is the “Cumberland” model home. Level Homes
Also, there are a bunch of neighborhoods that blow these out of the water. For instance Valhalla on Highland is selling half acre lots for $575,000. That’s more than some of these houses that have listed and it’s just for the land.
